Our Customers Mean Everything to Us
The eLoop team will work with you to ensure the quickest possible turnaround time to manage your assets in a safe and secure way. Applying asset or disposal tags on-site provides a second level of protection in the secure chain of custody. Our certified team will scan each asset on-site against a preloaded inventory list to confirm the accuracy and ensure that only assets marked for disposition will be erased or destroyed. If an Asset is not on the list, it will be set aside and given to the site manager for further action. Any assets listed but not scanned will be brought to the attention of the site manager.
Our certified team will package, remove, and securely transport to our facility for processing. In preparation for a project, the account manager will work with the client to define a SOW to be performed on-site. Most often, this service is paired with secure transit back to our facility for processing.
Data Services
Every asset entering the facility goes through an audit where specific asset information is gathered, including make, model, serial number, and asset tags. Based on the Statement of Work (SOW), all assets will flow through the disposition process to their final destination, whether remarketing, redeployment, or end-of-life recycling.

Data Erasure
eLoop wipes the hard drives in compliance with the NIST standards for data sanitization, verifying all hard drives are free of data. You will then receive a detailed certificate of erasure listing each asset, its serial number, asset tag, and parent relationship if applicable. If eLoop cannot confirm verification of data erasure, eLoop will destroy the drives.
Data Destruction
eLoop Data Destruction services are fully compliant with NIST standards. You will receive a detailed certification of destruction listing each asset, its serial number, asset tag, and parent relationship if applicable.

eLoop provides complete turnkey solutions offering on-site decommissioning services beginning with planning and deployment through to the completion of the project.
