“The Next Industrial Revolution is the emerging transformation of human industry from a system that takes, makes, and wastes to one that celebrates natural, economic, and cultural abundance” The management team of eLoop llc has come together based on a sincere interest in developing a company with a socially motivated goal that we can all be proud of. The team that has been assembled below will answer the call for an industrial revolution in the proper care of Ewaste.


Ned D. Eldridge - President
With over 20 years of executive management experience in Western PA and a wide breadth of experience in finance, operations, strategy development, supply chain, sales and marketing, Ned has been a serial entrepreneur since 1989. He has worked on merger and acquisition projects that have brought tremendous value to shareholder and he truly understands how to bring value to his customers. Ned has a BS degree from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from The Katz Graduate School of Business at The University of Pittsburgh and he is uniquely qualified to lead eLoop llc. Ned values the concept of complete sustainability and has developed a socially responsible IT Asset Disposition company.

Penny Holden - Vice President of Sales
Penny has been with eLoop llc since its inception and is responsible for managing client sales and overall business development. She works closely with senior IT executives to develop solutions to complicated IT Asset Disposition problems. She wants to raise the awareness of the problems associated with improper Ewaste disposal. Prior to eLoop llc, Penny spent 10 years working in sales for one of the nation’s leading flooring manufacturers. Being a native of Pittsburgh, she has cultivated a vast professional network in western Pennsylvania, and Penny is passionate about sustainability and the role Ewaste recycling plays in maintaining a clean environment. Penny attended The Pennsylvania State University, earning a degree in Marketing.

James D. Burns - Director of Operations
As a former soldier in the US Army, Jimmi Burns brings with him discipline, determination and organizational skills that are invaluable within the IT industry. Jimmi joined eLoop llc in August 2008 and is responsible for the execution of the IT Asset Disposition Services working directly with clients IT departments. Jimmi worked for the last 19 years with iDL Worldwide, a producer of “Point of Sale” graphics, displays and fixtures. Jimmi has over 12 years of experience with Information Technology managing both networks and specific enterprise systems. In addition, Jimmi has over 27 years of experience as a leader in graphic production and has managed both medium and large production facilities
